The IRS doesn't care
that you didn't know.
Your Co-Pilot does. And it has the paperwork.
Compliance Co-Pilot captures your hours, trips, meetings and mileage the moment they happen — then turns them into the documentation the IRS expects. Speak for twenty seconds. Walk away audit-ready.
- No forms to fill in
- Audit-ready 24/7
- Your CPA gets one clean package
hours of material participation the IRS wants proven — tracked automatically, by property
Augusta Rule days a year, counted for you before you go over the limit
of continuous voice capture per segment — a whole board meeting, in one recording
forms to fill in by hand — your voice does the data entry
Three seconds of effort.
A year of defensible records.
Compliance isn't hard because the rules are complicated. It's hard because nobody writes anything down while it's happening. We solved the problem.
Speak
Tap the mic and say what you just did. “I spent three hours at the Scottsdale property fixing a leak.” No structure, no commands, no form fields — just the sentence you'd say to your partner.
Let it classify
The app transcribes it, works out which strategy it belongs to — material participation, Augusta Rule, S-Corp minutes, travel, mileage — and applies the relevant IRS treatment to the entry.
Generate the proof
One tap produces the contemporaneous log, the meeting minutes, the trip breakdown or the full compliance summary — filed in your vault and ready for your CPA.
Say it once. The minutes write themselves.
Record and Document your meetings by type with the push of a button. Compliance Co-Pilot captures the date, the location, the attendees and every word — then produces formatted minutes in your document vault before you've left the room.
- Augusta Rule business meetings, S-Corp board meetings, family management company meetings and investment strategy reviews
- Records in segments of up to 20 minutes, so long meetings stay intact
- Date, location and attendees captured as structured fields — not buried in a transcript
- Minutes are filed, tagged and searchable the moment recording stops
Know the deduction before you book the flight.
Describe the trip out loud and the analyzer reads it day by day — which days were business, which were personal, and what each one is actually worth. Domestic or international. You get the number and the reasoning, not a guess in April.
- AI Analyzer turns a spoken itinerary into a day-by-day deductibility verdict
- Full expense breakdown — transport, lodging, meals and other — per trip
- Separate handling for domestic and international travel rules
- Built-in IRS Rules reference, so you can see why a day was classified the way it was
- Every analyzed trip is saved to trip history as supporting documentation
771 of 750 hours. Documented as you went.
Real Estate Professional status lives or dies on contemporaneous records. Co-Pilot logs every hour against the right property as you work, shows your monthly pace against the 750-hour test, and flags the properties falling behind — while there's still time in the year to fix it.
- Hours tracked per property, with a material participation test and target for each
- Monthly pace chart and a running “hours remaining to goal” countdown
- Status flags — Met, In Progress, At Risk — so nothing quietly slips
- One tap generates the full Overall Compliance Summary, property by property
Every mile and every receipt in one place your CPA can open.
Log miles by odometer or by total, against the right vehicle and the right entity, with the business purpose attached. Everything you generate or upload lands in a searchable vault tagged by strategy — so the shoebox of receipts stops existing.
- Odometer start/end or a straight total — whichever you actually recorded
- Per-vehicle tracking, split between business and medical mileage
- Deduction calculated against the IRS standard mileage rate as you save the trip
- Vault filters for Real Estate, Augusta, S-Corp, Travel, Home Office and Family Management
- Search by document, date or keyword across the whole tax year
Nine screens. One year of evidence.
Everything runs per entity and per tax year — switch from your S Corp to the real estate LLC in one tap and the whole app follows you.

Your records are evidence.
We treat them that way.
A compliance tool that leaks is worse than no compliance tool. Here is exactly what happens to your data — the same commitments written into our Privacy Policy.
Encrypted end to end of the wire
Everything between your device and our servers travels over TLS, and data at rest is encrypted with industry-standard encryption on managed cloud infrastructure in the United States.
Your voice isn't kept
Audio is sent securely for transcription and is not permanently stored once transcription is complete. Only the resulting text and its classification are saved to your record.
No GPS trail
The app does not collect precise location. General location is inferred from IP address only — we're documenting your business activity, not following you around.
Isolated, and never sold
Data isolation controls mean your records are reachable only by your authenticated account and any administrator you're assigned to. We do not sell personal information, and we run no advertising trackers.
The honest answers
Does Compliance Co-Pilot give tax advice?
No — and we'd rather say so on the front page than in the fine print. Compliance Co-Pilot is an organizational and documentation tool. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any specific outcome in an audit, examination or dispute.
Everything it generates is a starting point for you and a qualified tax professional to review. That's the whole design: we do the capture and the paperwork, your CPA does the judgement.
What does it run on?
Apple and Android Devices
Do you keep my voice recordings?
No. Audio is transmitted securely to a transcription service, converted to text, classified, and then it's gone — audio files are not retained after transcription. Only the text and the classification live in your account.
Can my tax firm see my records?
All documents can be exported directly to your Tax Professional.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in your store account settings. Payments for a billing cycle are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel, access stays live until the end of the current cycle and deactivates at the start of the next one.
How many businesses can I track?
As many as you run. Each entity — S Corp, LLC, holding company, family management company — gets its own hours, trips, mileage, minutes and document vault, per tax year, and you switch between them in one tap.
Stop doing compliance
after the fact.
Be defensible from the first hour you log. Every meeting, every trip, every mile — captured while it's still fresh, filed where you can find it, and ready the day someone asks you to prove it.
